I’m a collaborative, empathetic and strategic Group Product Design Leader with over 15 years of experience in the industry. I have a track record of delivering business value and solving user problems, while inspiring designers to deliver great work and grow their careers.

My approach is based on the belief that good design is about people; listening and empathising, thinking about needs and challenging with ideas that innovate. I work with leadership teams, stakeholders, product managers, designers, developers and users to solve digital problems.

My most recent experience is at FutureLearn, where I've:

  • worked on a high-growth revenue strategy that fuelled multiple teams work for many quarters and contained elements that grew revenue by 15.6%.

  • been a key driver in uncovering the need for and delivering a whole new B2B targeted product that became the cornerstone for the enterprise business.

  • have led the design from idea to launch of a subscription-based offer that led to a 26% increase in revenue per course enrolment.

  • have driven our design system through an entire rethink and evangelised about the process and outcomes at external talks.
